How to use our live chat

The live chat agents are students on campus,but they are always available to help you with everything concerning the app.
Follow the steps below to chat one of our agents…

1. On the bottom menu click on “Live Chat”.

2. Click on “Start Conversation“

3. Fill out the details in the section as new user, old users will not see this form since they filled already.

4. Click on “start chat”.

5. Start your conversation by clicking on the chat space.

Our agents reply under 2 to 3 minutes.
