Malta Guinness WPL: Ridge City Still Winless In 11; Ampem Darkoa Maintain Top Spot

Ridge City are the only still yet to pick up a win after 11 games in the Malta Guinness Ghana Women’s Premier League.

The Panthers faced Police Ladies on matchday 11 at the Madina Astro Turf but were unlucky in the dying embers of the game as they succumbed to a 2-3 defeat.

Hasaacas Ladies were 4-1 winners over Essiam Socrates Ladies at the Sekondi Gyandu Park as Doris Boaduwaa continued her good run.

LadyStrikers were held to a 1-1 draw by Faith Ladies while Army Ladies moved top of the Southern Zone with a 2-0 away win over Thunder Queens.

In the Northern Zone, Ampem Darkoa Ladies secured a narrow win over Prisons Ladies earlier on Monday.

Tamale Super Ladies and Northern Ladies played out a scoreless draw with Fabulous Ladies recording a resounding victory over Candy Soccer Academy.

Supreme Ladies were 4-2 winners over AshTown Ladies while there was no winner in the tie involving Pearlpia Ladies and Dreamz Ladies.
